(Břeclav 21. 3. 1815 – 10. 8. 1893 Karlovy Vary)

Židovský továrník původem z Břeclavi. Společně s bratrem Hermannem (1. 5. 1818 – 1. 11. 1893) začali podnikat na propachtovaném statku v Pozořicích u Brna. V 60. letech 19. století založili cukrovary v Uherském Ostrohu a Starém Městě u Uherského Hradiště a dále vybudovali velký lihovar, drožďárnu a cukrovar v Hejčíně u Olomouce.
