Josef Němčický

(Strážnice 29. 8. 1804 – 21. 1. 1894 Břeclav)

Působil dlouhá léta v Břeclavi jako c. k. výběrčí daní. Za 50 let svědomité služby mu císař František Josef I. udělil zlatý záslužný kříž. V roce 1878 odešel do penze a poté dožil v Břeclavi, která jej v roce 1884 u příležitosti jeho 80. narozenin jmenovala čestným občanem.
